The most frequently asked questions about this unique Irish gift of land ownership that comes with a delightful, year long, prank!

Irish gift and craic, frequently asked questions
Your questions about this perfect Irish gift answered.

IS THE TITLE DEED GENUINE?
Yes.  It is a perfectly legal, binding, indenture that assigns a lease on the plot to the Title Holder.

HOW IS THE PLOT OF LAND DEFINED?
We carefully measured the land using the 19th century system of chains, perches, rods & links... and then allocat plots measuring one square link (about the size of the Title Deed!)  Each souvenir plot is individually numbered and that number is displayed on the Deed.

WHERE DO YOU SEND THE GIFT PACK?
On the order form you are asked to enter a delivery address, which can be yours, or that of the gift recipient.

HOW CAN I CONTACT HIBERNIA HERITAGE REAL ESTATE?
+353 (0)5139 7816

CAN I BUY A LAND TITLE WITHOUT THE PRANK EMAILS?
Yes, of course... but why would you?  If they are really Irish, they'll love the craic!  But, if you are buying Title to the land for yourself, or someone you think won’t appreciate the joke, just leave the Landowner's email field blank in the land gift order form.

IF THE GIFT IS BOUGHT FOR A COUPLE, WHO IS PRANKED?
The 'Prankee' is generally the man (in a mixed sex couple!)... but you can decide!  When entering the Titleholder names in the order form, whichever name you place first will be the target of the prank, so make sure you enter their address in the 'Title Holder's email' field.

CAN I VISIT MY PLOT?
Yes, of course, and we would love to see you!  Let us know if you’re planning a visit and we’ll let you have more information about the area including places to stay, pubs, restaurants, places of interest, etc.

CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE PLOT?
Of course you can; just complete a form for each one to be sure we get all the details right and the Title Deeds will be with them before you can say Gullyduddy!
